Culinary Adventure in Indra Bazar

After our spiritual experience, we headed straight to Kota’s famous Indra Bazar to taste the legendary Kota Kachori. This wasn’t just any ordinary kachori - it was a culinary revelation! The secret lies in the generous use of asafoetida (heeng) and the accompanying sweet khajur (dates) chutney that creates an authentic taste explosion.

We visited Jodhpur Namkeens in Gumanpura, where the kachoris are still served on traditional china plates, just like in the old days.
